Dont do it, demand your money back and tell everbuying that you will $#*! on them and use tinydeal insted, this is the first time I ever see this and just as I have do the last two year, that is never deal with this $#*! company again, I have ask then to send my order again because the danish post office return it by misstake, but they refuse to send it again but can only offer me the half of my money back, you know that's the way they make money on, by and refuse and resend goods and only give you half back, everbuying are still making their money, and you lose half of what you pay and never get your product

They never asked me for anything like that. But I did get my items tho (ulefone power phone and the search too) came in about a month buy I would use them again tho

I bought 2 ulefone power from them that have some issues well that was not everbuyings fault. BUT i sent one for repair because the screen start to behave weird. My wife didnt want to fix her phone because she was angry with it. When i got my phone back with a working screen i have it for a while and it just died i got a message on the screen android is shutting down and that was it. I writed to them about it but they refused to get it repaired again even if it was 12 months warranty and i have it for almost 7 months. Well i got offered 40$ that i could use for something else. Ok fair enough but when i wanted to use the 40 $ it was gone and i ask why? Now they dont want me to have that money i got offered from the beginning for the 2 bad phones. That is really really bad. That is not how you treat a customer.

SCAM ALERT! Agree with Aurel - I paid money for my smart phone last October and they keep saying it's out of stock. When I requested a refund they will only refund store credit and make me order something else. I've tried 3 different orders and I get the same excuse that items are out of stock. I've requested a full money refund (not online credit) and they've completely ignored me and refunded in credit again. This looks like an ongoing cycle where you'll never get your money back because they'll keep giving you credit but never actually ship anything you try to purchase. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! -Auckland, NZ.

I have ordered form here before 3 or 4 times always arrived in good condition. But it takes about a month to arrive don't get worried about using this co. I'm not.

I've ordered a tablet and a phone separately, the phone took ages to arrive and the tablet arrived within 2 weeks. Both took a bit of email harassment, although i probably didn't need to with the tablet. The goods are cheap, but the service is lacking for some people... I'd buy again just because of the economy of the products...

The worst experience of my life. I order 2 phones, the one has damaged, i send it back and the refund me only the 50% of the value of this phone! They dont refund on paypal but in EB wallet. So now i have 85$ and i make new order + 9$ + all the Eb-points i have (1500). They send me one email with photo that they send the order. After some days they say that the order is cancelled and they refund my 83.5$! Where is the 9$ and all my EB points mr EverBuying? This story start from June 2015 and now we have December. Actually i am curious for all this people they give 5 stars to this company... this company is only to STOLE MONEY from they fool customers... actually I am looking attorney to take the case. I am sorry...

Yeap, reviews are true. Don't buy at that site. I bought a cell phone on July 29th. Thy keep telling me the items I ordered (note that I have change the items as they have told me to do it), are all back-ordered. They are trying to steal from you. Buy at another site!

I have made over 350 eBay purchases and Everbuying has been the only vendor that has consistently lied with their responses and NEVER followed through with refunds to my PayPal account. THIS VENDOR IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

I can't give an answer to Gabriel's question whether he receives or not. Hope you get it. I gave up hope of getting the phone, but surprisingly I have received my phone Ulefone Be 2 Touch last Thursday 11/12/15.It could be a result of the site review at Site Jabber. So far the phone is working and it in good condition. Do I order one in the future...?

I wish I could say yes. And that ordering from an online store, who gets your personal details, in China, is also safe. But it isn't. I currently, after a bad experience, took over a router of there's (Akamai Tech) to monitor what happens. Yes, some people get there items, and there's good reason that they do. However, to receieve your item, means this scam company now has, your home address, your phone number, your name as well as the payment methods you have quick access too (if you didnt buy a mobile phone) So what's the scam? Well, its a long and drawn out campaign. In total, there are now over 11 deliberately built, "sister" websites, with more being added on an, almost, monthly basis. Each other website, believe it or not, uses the same, 1 of 4 people, to answer your emails (yeah, they're all blokes, Hassan, no matter what they tell you, they're lying) I don't want to bore anyone, if you want further proof of what I have, simply email this profile. And after hearing all of that, you would think, well how are they going to scam me? So, you have an email account, that's obviously active and being used by you. You also have a payment method attached to that account right? Did you use the same password for your email client as you do for logins elsewhere, coz these people know that, and you shouldn't! And if that doesn't work, they're emails they send with there specials, when clicking the link, you are being redirected into there server and everything about you has just been caught in the opening of the new window (background process, PHP script on landing page) To top it off, there mobile devices all have intel gathering scripts used to gather Data. Not to mention all the specs are faked they place them in files within the Android SDK. Thanks to Androids design, they're modifications to someone elses ROM build (which they use cause they cant script for the SDK themselves) have to be labelled as its exact job, before its allowed to be added to the modded kernel. Now, you have a camera which isn't 13MP and it doesnt hold 16GB ROM or even have 2GB of RAM like it said it does (only 8GB ROM/512mb-1GB RAM max!), and even though you have just found out that all these details where faked by means of checking there ROM build there's still more to come. Lets have a look at there listening scripts. My word, there are over 7 of them. And they're needed for things like your GPS, your speaker sound control, Data connection management... Good luck deleting them from the kernel and hoping to have a use-able device afterwards. What you need to do is ROOT the device and do an FOTA update to cancel out there crap. But they don't allow ROOT access for that reason (Every legitimate Android device has no things to hide from us, hence the ability to have ROOT) Let me know if you got scammed, I can see where your money is at the very least. I can't take it however, that is illegal.
